You can scan individual files and folders using Windows Defender via File Explorer Context Menu, PowerShell, or Command Prompt in Windows 11/10.
Once the scan is complete, you can reboot your computer and then use Command Prompt. If this does not help, you may need to repair a potentially corrupted system image using the DISM Tool.
