I'm programming a TI-83 and I'm still new to programming in general. I'm having a trouble with the line : DelVar L₁"?→Str1 I was wondering if someone could tell me where to find ₁ in particular.

Ok before I get flamed I'll explain why I want to do this. My Calculus teacher will only let us use a ti-83 or below, and resets our memory before every test. Now I don't use the programs anyway ...
