Microsoft has warned enterprise users about a list of applications that can be expected to break as older TLS versions are disabled. Topping the list of endangered applications is SQL Server.

Microsoft has highlighted that TLS 1.3 issues in IIS Express on Windows 11, leaving developers with workarounds.

Leon McCalla on the Microsoft Connect forum says that KB 2992611 breaks ODBC access in SQL Server 2008. Mike G on the Citrix forum reports that KB 2992611 breaks XML.
