It’s not exactly clear why Microsoft’s upcoming release of CRM Dynamics 2011 did not provide out-of-the-box social media monitoring, but it didn’t.

Microsoft said today that it is buying “key product and technology assets” of Adxstudio, a company that sells web portals for Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM customer relationship management software.
