Most problems aren’t endings. They’re obstacles. Good problem solving asks three questions: Did it work? Did it work more than once? And can I explain why it worked? And then there’s the posture that keeps us going when it would be easier to quit: Refuse to lose. Not stubbornly. Not blindly. But thoughtfully—willing to correct course, learn, and try again.
