I couldn’t achieve exactly what my client wanted this visit but that’s okay. What mattered most was the conversation. Her being open, and me being honest about the real journey she’s about to start, took away the fear. Being transparent with your clients is everything it builds trust, sets expectations, and reminds them (and us) that we’re not magicians What we are incredible at is guiding them through the process, teaching what’s realistic, and creating something beautiful along the way.
