Tricep Workout Skull Crusher Chest Press (ez curl bar) • lie back on a flat bench, holding the ez curl bar at its inner grooves. Keep your chest upright & shoulders back. Push the bar off your chest & hold it above your torso. Now begin the exercise by lowering the bar over your forehead, bending at your elbows. Once the bar is directly over your forehead.
